You'll scope basic technical requirements and collaborate closely with our engineering team to deliver integrations that streamline how we collect and process data.
Key responsibilities:
- Own daily revenue reporting, including data extraction, validation and transformation across multiple systems.
- Pipeline Monitoring - You’ll check that our data ingestion pipelines are running correctly and flag any issues, helping maintain the integrity of our data operations.
- Define and enforce data quality standards, implementing validation frameworks (where needed) and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and commercial teams to resolve them.
- Own the end-to-end automation of data collection and reporting processes, from scoping to delivery and iteration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, building business cases and driving implementation.
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to continuously evolve how we work.
Key skills:
- Previous experience in data operations, data analysis, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.

- Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (scripting, complex formulas, automation).
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and document processes clearly.
- A solid understanding of data integrity, and their importance in a performance marketing environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.
