Job Description Finance Business Partner - 6-Month FTC - £65,000 + Benefits - Leeds We're recruiting a Finance Business Partner who can turn financial data into clear commercial insight that senior leaders can actually act on. This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend or become permanent. This is a broad, hands-on role combining management reporting, financial control and genuine business partnering. You'll take ownership of the quality and accuracy of regional financial information while helping senior stakeholders understand the trends, variances and KPIs driving performance. Producing insightful management commentary on trends, variances and performance Managing balance sheet reconciliations and nominal ledger integrity Delivering monthly budget versus actual analysis Managing trade debtor and aged creditor control accounts Partnering with operational Directors and wider finance teams Supporting the financial integration of newly acquired businesses Supporting internal and external audit requirements Contributing to regional and Group-wide finance projects Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant Excellent balance sheet and financial control knowledge Experience working with operational teams outside of finance Working knowledge of VAT returns and control accounts Broadstone Resourcing Ltd acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business and all appointments will be made on merit alone.
