Head of Group Reporting – £90 – 110K + bonus & benefits – London SE1/Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, Group Reporting and managing a team of six at this FTSE company, your main responsibilities will cover the following areas: External reporting: preparation of the quarterly press release and presentation slides. Group financial statements, remuneration report; statutory accounts for UK entities. Main contact for group audit team ensuring a timely and high-quality audit is delivered. Oversee quarterly reporting, monthly group consolidation. Internal reporting: month-end close process, liaising with divisions on technical issues/queries and reviewing their monthly/quarterly financials. Monthly consolidated cashflow; acquisition accounting and intangible valuations. Review of BU financials and group consolidation. Preparation of the group monthly management accounts and board pack financials. Reporting of group/central entities, annual goodwill impairment model, group office and central entity budget process and review of the business unit submissions in consolidating the group budget. Key Skills: Currently at senior group reporting manager level in a FTSE listed company, or senior audit manager in Top 6 accounting firm. Significant experience in and understanding of FTSE PLC reporting environments. Qualified ACA/CA with relevant PQE. Keen to develop a career within a large corporate. Strong leader/manager.
