Responsibilities

  • Work under pressure while maintaining a helpful and polite attitude at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families and staff.
  • Work independently using own initiative and be an efficient member of the school team.
  • Place orders and process invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Business Manager.
  • Support the school’s finance functions as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in a busy school environment is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
