The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced leader within employee benefits to oversee the day-to-day running of the Desk Based Consulting team. We will provide a wide range of work experiences for the successful candidate within a supportive atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts, with the potential for progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing team members, ensuring work is done in an efficient and process-compliant way
- Ensuring the retention and development of client portfolios
- Assisting with complex client queries or complaints, working towards a positive resolution
- Supporting team performance and development
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in managing a team within a Healthcare, Risk and/or Platform employee benefits environment
- Strong skills in commercial and sales management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passes in the GR1 and/or IF7 exams are preferred
