The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Leading the teams to successfully provide a quality focused pensions administration service, ensuring that pensions are calculated and paid correctly, whilst ensuring all the relevant controls are in place with risks being identified and managed.
Supporting the delivery of client and internal projects ensuring deadlines and milestones are met, whilst providing regular updates both internally and to clients.
Contributing to the growth of the business by managing workload and resources in order for revenue generating projects to be completed, in addition to supporting with new business opportunities.
Providing support, feedback and development opportunities to direct reports and the wider team.
Extensive experience as a Team manager or carrying out a similar role with a Third-party Administrator or in-house pension scheme.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
The completion of relevant PMI or similar professional qualifications is recommended. Disability Confident.
