What to expect:

The Manager, Growth Partnerships will be a pivotal, foundational role responsible for establishing and accelerating Broadsign\'s presence in the Retail Media sector. This individual will be tasked with forging critical, high-impact alliances driving incremental value to Broadsign\'s Retail Media offering. This role will serve as a strategic force multiplier, ensuring retailers, brands, and partners are equipped, enabled, and optimized for long-term success. Success will directly translate into accelerated market entry, enhanced product capabilities, expanded reach, and a robust competitive advantage for Broadsign Retail Media. This role is designed to be a key driver of long-term strategic growth, operating with significant autonomy and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and maximum business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, evaluate, and strategically onboard best-in-class technology platform partners to enhance Broadsign\'s technology stack and create a differentiated, high-value proposition for retail and brand clients.
  • Cultivate and formalize strategic relationships with leading global and regional consulting firms to establish Broadsign as a preferred partner, influencing retail media strategy and securing a consistent pipeline of qualified referrals and joint opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative, scalable monetization models tailored to specific high-potential retail verticals, optimizing for profitability and market penetration.
  • Lead and successfully close complex, high-stakes commercial agreements with strategic partners, structuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that maximize long-term revenue and strategic advantage for Broadsign.
  • Orchestrate and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, legal, finance, product, and sales teams to ensure efficient, timely, and successful partnership integration, activation, and ongoing operational excellence.
  • Serve as the relationship owner for strategic partners, driving joint business planning, fostering deep, multi-level relationships across all global offices, and ensuring consistent partner engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and rigorously analyze partner performance against established KPIs, proactively identifying and implementing optimization strategies to maximize growth, expand market share, and enhance the overall impact of each partnership.
  • Proactively identify whitespace opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative use cases at the critical intersection of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Retail Media.
  • Act as a critical voice internally, translating market feedback, competitive intelligence, and partner insights into actionable recommendations that directly influence the product roadmap, sales strategy, and broader company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute robust joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive qualified lead generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and increase adoption of Broadsign\'s Platform.
  • Spearhead co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners to amplify market presence, build brand equity, and drive demand.

What you need to perform in this job:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in senior-level strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management roles, specifically within the advertising technology, retail media, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and scale complex, high-value partnerships that directly contribute to significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Comprehensive and current understanding of the evolving retail media landscape, including key players, critical trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong familiarity with the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) industry and its convergence with retail media is a significant advantage.
  • Extensive and proven experience in establishing, developing, and leveraging relationships with global and regional management consulting firms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Robust business acumen, including strong financial literacy, P&L understanding, and the ability to model partnership value, ROI, and commercial terms effectively.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to grasp product integration complexities, discuss API capabilities, and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to operate independently.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master\'s degree is highly preferred.
