Broadsheet Media is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales and Partnerships Manager to join the team. This role will focus on generating new revenue opportunities through the sale of creative advertising solutions across digital, event and print platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing partnerships with brands and media agencies, delivering tailored campaigns that align with client objectives while driving commercial growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business revenue by extracting and converting briefs using Broadsheet’s channels including print, digital and creative advertising solutions.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with brands, advertisers and independent agencies.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively approach prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and editorial teams to develop compelling campaign proposals.
  • Deliver bespoke solutions that combine content, partnerships and advertising formats.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent Broadsheet Media at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and pipeline updates to the Commercial Leader.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in direct sales within media, publishing, advertising, or creative solutions.
  • Strong network or experience working with independent and group agencies and brand-side marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate and close commercial deals.
  • Ability to independently develop proposals and presentations for brief responses and proactive prospects.
