Visitor Services Officer

£24,790 to £25,183 pro rata per annum

Fixed term contract 24 March to 7 November 2025

24 hours per week working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

The purpose of this role is to provide a flexible and comprehensive information service at the Broads Authority’s Tourist Information Centre at Hoveton.

The successful candidate will need good knowledge of the Broads and its wildlife. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to communicate verbally with a wide range of people in a warm and friendly manner. IT skills are required to operate the computer and till. Job share applications will be considered for this role.

The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Thursday 27 February.

Interviews will be held at Yare House, Norwich on Friday 7 March.
