First impressions count, so being the welcoming face of the Broads Authority is an important job. We have a rare opportunity for a part time receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Operating the telephone switchboard, answering queries and transferring calls
- Responding/directing emails on a wide variety of subjects
- Management of office resources including stationery, catering and pool vehicle bookings
- Management of incoming and outgoing post
- Liaison with facilities management to ensure our building runs smoothly
You will have a friendly and professional telephone manner and be well-versed in working practices. Knowledge of the Broads National Park will be advantageous. Applicants will need to be able to work autonomously most of the time despite being part of a small team and be available to work between 8:30am and 17:00pm.
