We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to assist with the maintenance of the Broads National Park. The successful candidate will be confident in a range of practical skills and working knowledge, such as boat handling, use of brush cutter/chainsaw, power tools, and other small construction plant and equipment.
Regular team-working, often with volunteers, in wetland and remote locations, means we are looking for a highly motivated, well organised, and strong team player. Applicants should have a current driving licence. As a mobile member of staff, the daily work base will vary across the Broads and transport will be provided. Practical construction experience in countryside furniture and working on, or near, water is all highly advantageous.
Please note, this role will involve working outside in all weather conditions for long periods.
