Broadridge is seeking a Head of Global Data Operations to lead the global data, governance, and operational infrastructure supporting proxy research, voting execution, and client delivery. This role is accountable for ensuring data is accurate, complete, well-governed, and operationalized across global markets to support high-quality, scalable, and timely service delivery.
The Head of Global Data Operations will oversee end-to-end data workflows, quality controls, operating models, and process improvement initiatives across a complex global environment. This leader will partner closely with Research, Policy, Technology, Product, Client Service, and Business stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global data operations supporting proxy research, voting execution, and client deliverables.
- Establish and oversee data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring timely execution and alignment with service levels and business priorities.
- Define and evolve the global operating model, including workflows, ownership, escalation paths, controls, and performance metrics.
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to improve scale, efficiency, and risk management.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Research, Policy, Client Service, and Business teams to enable effective data management and platform execution.
- Identify operational, data, and control risks; develop mitigation plans and escalation frameworks.
- Lead change management efforts related to new tools, workflows, data practices, market expansion, regulatory developments, and evolving client needs.
- Establish KPIs and reporting routines to monitor data quality, productivity, risk, and service delivery performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data operations, data governance, financial services operations, proxy voting, corporate governance research, or a related global operating environment.
- Proven experience leading complex, data-driven operations supporting client-facing services at scale.
- Strong background in data governance, quality controls, validation frameworks, operational risk management, and scalable process design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and operational rules into structured data workflows and controlled execution processes.
- Experience leading global or multi-region teams, workflows, or operating models in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity, operational accuracy, and service excellence.
- Experience with automation, workflow tools, data platforms, or technology-enabled operating models preferred.
