  • User Testing Management: Manage and coordinate teams during all implementation test phases; align to the acceptance definition, ensuring effective issue/defect management and prioritization.
  • Migration: Work with clients and conversion analysts to manage the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach for migrating data from legacy systems to our target solution.
  • Scope Definition: Work with Scope Owners, Business Analysts and the client to align delivery plans and activities with the agreed solution scope.
  • Business Case Management: Ensure the project is tracked to the agreed business case; control change management for internal or client defined changes outside baseline scope.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues that occur during implementation.
  • Product Readiness: Navigate the move from implementation to live running and support.
  • Quality: Provide feedback and effective data to relevant teams on delivery quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (incl. remote) on delivery and provide mentoring/guidance to junior team members.
  • Continual Improvement: Actively monitor and review implementation processes and drive initiatives to continually improve them.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Drive improvements across the team and projects to deliver high quality releases.
