The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s International businesses. Reporting to the Head of HR International, this role will partner closely with business leadership to deliver people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of employment legislation, experience supporting change initiatives, and the ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Coach leaders on effective performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Support restructuring, change management, and consultation processes as required.
  • Support talent management initiatives including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business.
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and Broadridge’s global HR priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide insight and guidance on people-related risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Lead and support change initiatives, including cultural transformation, business integration, and process improvements.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.
  • Work closely with international HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR frameworks while addressing local requirements.
  • Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred.
  • Exposure to/experience with M&A preferred.
  • Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
