If you’re passionate about developing your career while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. Broadridge is expanding its Customer Communications and Customer Experience capabilities across the UK not-for-profit sector. We are creating a new, high-impact sales role to drive growth of Signal, Broadridge’s leading omnichannel customer communications platform, into charities and mission-driven organisations. This role offers the opportunity to own a strategically important market, shape our go-to-market approach, and directly support organisations delivering social good—while working with enterprise-grade technology and complex, value-driven solutions. The role reports to the Head of International Customer Communications Sales and is based in the UK (London preferred).
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow the UK not-for-profit sales pipeline, building a strong, sustainable book of new business for Signal and Broadridge’s Customer Communications portfolio.
- Develop and execute a clear territory and account strategy, identifying priority prospects and growth opportunities.
- Build deep expertise across Broadridge’s omnichannel communications solutions, aligning technology capabilities to client needs, regulatory requirements, and sector-specific challenges.
- Generate new opportunities through a combination of prospecting, networking, industry events, and partner relationships.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, RFI/RFP responses, solution design, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Legal, and SME teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric outcomes.
- Represent Broadridge and Signal at industry conferences, trade shows, and sector events, building trusted relationships and brand presence.
- Support smooth client onboarding by partnering with Implementation teams to ensure successful go-lives.
- Contribute to special sales initiatives and strategic projects as the UK business continues to scale.
What Success Looks Like
- A strong, qualified pipeline across the UK not-for-profit sector.
- Consistent achievement of new business revenue targets.
- Trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at charities and NGOs.
- Recognition internally as a go-to sales leader for the not-for-profit segment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within complex solutions, platforms, or managed services.
- Experience selling technology or services into regulated or mission-driven organisations (not-for-profit experience is a strong advantage).
- Comfortable leading consultative, value-based sales cycles, including RFP-driven opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to build something new, not just inherit an existing book.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
