Your primary duty is to act as a liaison between the candidate, recruiter and hiring team to coordinate interviews through to offer and during the onboarding process.This position will ensure first in class customer service internally and a positive candidate experience externally. Additional responsibilities include managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reporting support and managing the background screening processes with external vendor.You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that relies upon partnership, collaboration and effective communication.Responsibilities:Work with talent acquisition partners on talent profiling and recruitment planningManage candidate status, including interview scheduling, monitoring of applicant technical assessments and booking meeting rooms for in-person interviewsMaintain regular communication with applicants, hiring managers and key stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of status of hire at each stageNotify unsuitable candidates after interview.
