Broadridge is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of business processes that support key organizational goals and cost requirements. This role will drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency with a focus on business operations, regulatory programs, mergers & acquisitions, or company-wide business transformations.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs, implements, and evaluates business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cost targets.
  • Partners with C-level executives and key stakeholders to identify, recommend, and drive initiatives that optimize business performance.
  • Collaborates across business functions—including HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Product etc. ensuring efficient project execution and process integration.
  • Engages with both senior leaders and individual contributors to understand challenges, gather requirements, and implement scalable process enhancements.
  • Recognized internally as a business process expert and trusted advisor.
  • Addresses complex, unique problems with significant enterprise impact through analysis and innovative solutions.
  • Drives productivity and operational efficiency across teams to achieve planned return on investment (ROI).
  • Anticipates internal and external business or regulatory challenges; proactively recommends improvements to processes, products, or services.
  • Leads and coordinates project teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables in a matrixed environment.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a large corporation and matrix organization, with a proven ability to navigate complex structures and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of business operations procedures and concepts; broad awareness of related business areas (HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to convey complex concepts, build consensus, and influence both senior stakeholders and individual contributors to drive change and achieve business objectives.
  • Proven ability to anticipate and address business and compliance challenges, recommending process or service enhancements as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional projects with significant scope, risk, and complexity, including strategy development for successful execution.
  • Skilled in solving unprecedented and multifaceted issues, requiring conceptual and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Makes substantial contributions to the direction and allocation of resources for projects or programs, operating within established company and industry standards.
