Role Overview
At Broadridge (BTCS) Trading Solutions Delivery (TSD), our mission is to deliver high-performance and sustainable solutions for addressing our clients’ business requirements for electronic trading. A solution is the combined set of core products, configurations, customizations, and integrations that are implemented and maintained for a particular client. Broadridge manages such solutions as products. A Delivery Manager’s role is to plan, oversee, and deliver strategic projects in alignment with Broadridge’s vision and our clients’ evolving needs. They are responsible for maintaining a relationship with a client over time, being responsible for overall delivery and change for that client. The Delivery Manager works with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, the platform delivery team, Product Management, Sales, and Pre‑Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to lead collaborative teams, manage multi‑faceted campaigns, and develop long‑term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic delivery planning and regular meetings.
- Oversee the review and validation of Order Forms (OF) and Statements of Work (SOW) in coordination with presales and TSD management.
- Organize and lead scope validation based on SCF/BRD, and assess out-of-scope client requests during delivery.
- Track and manage client requests, facilitate change management during delivery, and support post‑change adoption.
- Ensure deliverables consistently meet client expectations in terms of quality, scope, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress through data analysis and reporting, in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Monitor delivery health and elevate risks when needed, actively contributing to resolution efforts.
- Oversee UAT readiness, internal QA coordination, and client validation processes.
- Represent TSD in QBRs, Task Forces, and internal governance meetings for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and follow up on post‑delivery issues such as new requests, upgrades, and bugs.
- Lead steering committees and delivery checkpoints to ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews and audits to identify improvement areas in delivery execution.
- Forecast and track revenue recognition and delivery pipeline in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Support new sales and renewals by reviewing scope, validating estimates, and approving deals from a delivery standpoint.
- Organize client onboarding sessions and training to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support.
- Organize onsite visits to demonstrate new features in UAT environments and assist during user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and post‑project evolution planning to align client needs with BTCS strategy.
Your Profile
- Financial/Capital markets experience is highly desirable (such as front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives trading, FIX protocol, 3rd party vendors, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of trading and trading platforms
- Professional English fluency and any needed local language fluency
- High levels of organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing matters with poise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
- Able to manage time, prioritize, and multitask efficiently
