About the Role

Signal's Change Management team supports both strategic client change initiatives and the transformation of our managed service capability. We are seeking experienced Change Project Managers to deliver complex, often technical projects using Agile methods — ensuring high-quality, profitable outcomes for clients and the business.

Key Focus Areas

  • Service Delivery – Manage end-to-end project delivery to agreed quality, cost, and timeline standards.
  • Profitability – Ensure commercial success through accurate scoping, quoting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Quality – Define success measures, manage risks and issues, and embed best practice in line with ISO standards.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify efficiencies, capture lessons learned, and share insights across teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery – Lead multiple, complex change projects from initiation to transition to BAU. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope. Interpret and clarify client requirements; document functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and process maps. Identify appropriate delivery approaches, assemble teams, and coordinate effective execution. Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely reporting. Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure readiness for implementation.
  • Commercial Management – Create accurate quotes, track costs and time, and maintain profitability across projects. Manage scope changes and re-baseline projects where necessary. Handle all financial tasks — purchase orders, supplier invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and billing.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to internal processes and ISO standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative actions. Define and track delivery metrics to verify success.
  • Continuous Improvement – Capture and share lessons learned, run retrospectives, and contribute to the improvement of Signal's delivery frameworks. Provide management information (MI) to support process optimisation. Promote more effective planning, collaboration, and delivery approaches across teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMI) and/or proven experience managing complex technical projects end to end.
  • Business Analysis qualification (e.g. BCS Certificate) desirable.
  • 5+ years' experience in full lifecycle project delivery, achieving time, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset — able to assess processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Excellent documentation, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Process-oriented with attention to structured delivery, change control, and quality assurance.
  • Interest in technology and document management platforms (e.g. Quadient).

Success Measures

  • Client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achievement of project financial objectives.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and collaboration.
  • Adoption of improved ways of working.
  • Delivery of personal and project KPIs.
