Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the International Payroll transformation into a single new global vendor on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. The role requires a proven track record of delivering data projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Monitor progress through planning, execution and delivery, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate communication between technical, data, and business units.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
