Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business change activities across projects and programmes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions to support successful delivery and adoption.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify how people, processes, systems, and ways of working will be affected.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, concerns, and readiness for change.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project managers, and business teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
- Support the development and coordination of training plans and user support materials.
- Identify change risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor business readiness and adoption levels throughout the change lifecycle.
- Track and report on change progress, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.
- Ensure change activities are integrated with project delivery plans and organisational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to support understanding and engagement.
- Champion a people-focused approach to change and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Support post‑implementation reviews to assess adoption, lessons learned, and ongoing improvement needs.
