We are seeking a Regional Marketing Director to plan and deliver strategic, integrated pan-EMEA marketing programs supporting demand generation, client engagement, and brand growth across our Asset Management solutions portfolio. This role is critical to regional execution—localizing global campaigns, developing regional initiatives, partnering closely with sales and business leaders, managing events, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic campaign planning, hands-on execution, strong analytics, and project management skills, and thrives in a highly matrixed, global organization. This role reports to the Head of International Marketing and works closely with segment marketing leads, global centers of excellence, and regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; financial services, fintech, or data-driven solutions experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the asset management industry or strong ability to learn.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
