We’re seeking experienced Change Project Managers to deliver complex, often technical projects using Agile methods — ensuring high-quality, profitable outcomes for clients and the business. Key Focus Areas Service Delivery – Manage end-to-end project delivery to agreed quality, cost, and timeline standards. Profitability – Ensure commercial success through accurate scoping, quoting, forecasting, and financial. Quality – Define success measures, manage risks and issues, and embed best practice in line with ISO standards. Continuous Improvement – Identify efficiencies, capture lessons learned, and share insights across teams. Main Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead multiple, complex change projects from initiation to transition to BAU. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope. Interpret and clarify client requirements; document functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and process maps. Identify appropriate delivery approaches, assemble teams, and coordinate effective execution. Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely reporting. Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management ensure readiness for implementation. Commercial Management Create accurate quotes, track costs and time, and maintain profitability across projects. Manage scope changes and re-baseline projects where necessary. Handle all financial tasks — purchase orders, supplier invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and billing. Quality
