Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual woodworking machines (panel saw, spindle moulder, edgebanders, routers, etc.).
- Read and work accurately from technical drawings and cutting schedules.
- Shape, cut, and finish wood components to tight tolerances.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleanliness of machines and workplace.
- Collaborate with CAD/CNC designers to optimise machining processes.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure components meet visual and functional specifications.
About You
- Experienced wood machinist or joinery operator, with familiarity setting up and running CNC equipment.
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings or cutting lists.
- Detail-focused mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Good time management and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Team-player attitude with clear communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred.
