Make Your Engineering Expertise Part of Something BiggerAre you a Project Engineer looking for the opportunity to work on technically challenging marine vessel projects where your engineering expertise can make a real difference?

Were working with an established organisation operating within the marine sector, and were looking for a Project Engineer to provide hands-on technical support throughout the vessel build process.

This is a varied role where youll be involved from specification and integration through to installation, testing and commissioning , ensuring marine systems and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical standards.

The OpportunityAs Project Engineer, youll work closely with engineering, production, suppliers and project teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and successfully delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing hands-on engineering support across vessel build projectsSupporting the specification and selection of marine systems and equipmentEnsuring equipment and systems are correctly integrated into vessel designsWorking with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to resolve technical issuesSupporting installation and ensuring work meets relevant specifications and standardsAssisting with testing, troubleshooting and commissioning activitiesReviewing technical documentation, drawings and specificationsIdentifying and resolving engineering challenges throughout the buildSupporting projects through to successful completion and handoverMaintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, compliance and project deadlinesWhat Were Looking ForWere keen to hear from engineers with experience in a marine, shipbuilding, offshore, defence or similarly complex engineering environment .Youll ideally have: Previous experience in a Project Engineer or similar engineering roleStrong technical engineering knowledgeExperience working with complex systems, equipment or installationsThe ability to interpret technical drawings and documentationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA practical, hands-on approach to engineeringThe ability to work effectively across multiple teams and project stagesWhy Consider This Opportunity?
