The Role:

• Construct and assemble custom furniture and cabinetry to a high standard

• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately

• Work with various timber species, veneers, and modern materials

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the build and finishing process

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and follow all health and safety procedures

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar joinery role

• Skilled in using woodworking tools, equipment, and machinery

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from technical drawings

• High level of craftsmanship and commitment to producing quality work

• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks

• Reliable, self-motivated, and a good communicator

• Experience in high-end or bespoke furniture is desirable
