We have a great opportunity for several skilled boat builders to join our team on a contract basis in Norfolk.
Mon-Fri
Overtime available 50hrs + Flexitime available
Duties will include:
- 2nd and final fix of finished joinery including high-gloss panels, composite trim, solid hardwood, solid surfaces inc Corian etc.
- Assembling and installing bespoke cabinetry.
- Complete fitout of the cabin interior.
- Working with both conventional and specialist ironmongery.
- Involved in other hardware fitting: windows, mirrors, sinks, LED light channels etc.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Balancing workload with other trades.
In order to be successful, you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years marine fitout experience, working knowledge of fitting high-quality joinery, including scribing in to 0.5mm tolerances and have your own tools.
It is essential that you have a keen eye for detail, be reliable, able to work well with others, read drawings and work safely and responsibly with minimal waste.
Lots of hours & great rates of pay, outside IR35.
