Are you a skilled Bench Joiner with a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a talented, close-knit workshop team delivering top-quality timber staircases. This is a hands-on role where you will be building high-end, bespoke staircases with precision and pride. Whether you are shaping timber with traditional tools or working from detailed technical drawings, your work will help bring staircases to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Interpreting and working from technical drawings to craft bespoke staircases
  • Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber components with accuracy
  • Using a range of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
  • Maintaining high standards of finish and craftsmanship
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled joinery team

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Bench Joiner (or similar role)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong joinery skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with a wide range of tools and woodworking machinery
  • A genuine passion for producing high-quality timber work
  • A team player with a proactive, professional attitude

Bonus if you have:

  • An apprenticeship or formal training in carpentry or joinery
  • Previous experience specifically building staircases
