We’re working with a well-established bespoke joinery business in Essex, looking to appoint a Draughtsperson / Designer to support the delivery of high-end projects. This role will suit someone with strong technical drawing ability, a good understanding of joinery, and experience producing accurate, buildable designs.

The Role

  • Producing detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery projects
  • Working from architectural drawings to develop practical, manufacturable designs
  • Collaborating closely with production and project teams
  • Attending project meetings and site visits as required (travel provided)
  • Managing workloads effectively to meet project deadlines

About You

  • Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of carpentry and joinery construction
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, comfortable working within a wider project team
  • Full UK driving licence (essential due to location)

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
  • 3-month probation period
