We are seeking a Marine Contract Account Manager to support the continued growth of our contract business. This is a key delivery role focused on managing contractors, supporting clients, and resourcing high-calibre talent across shipbuilding and repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account manage existing client relationships across luxury, commercial, and defence marine sectors
- Manage and support contractors throughout the entire lifecycle – onboarding, mobilisation, placement, and aftercare
- Source, engage, and submit high-quality candidates for contract roles across UK and international marine projects
- Maintain and grow candidate pools within joinery, engineering, outfitting, pipefitting, composites, and related marine trades
- Work with the business development team to support new and expanding client accounts
- Track, manage, and report on contractor activity and performance metrics
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in contract recruitment, contractor management or a marine operations/resourcing environment
- Ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously and under pressure
- A strong understanding of the contractor lifecycle and compliance processes
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Must be able to drive/travel and spend time with customers at their premises
- Knowledge of the marine, superyacht, or shipbuilding industries preferred
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM/ATS tools (experience with Vincere advantageous)
