Responsibilities: * Craft quality items following design specifications. * Select and work with a variety of wood types, ensuring the proper treatment and finishing. * Use a range of woodworking tools and machinery to create precise cuts, joints, and finishes. * Collaborate with our design team to bring custom furniture concepts to life. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Inspect and repair furniture as needed to meet quality standards. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role in woodworking. * Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery. * Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality furniture. * Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Knowledge of different wood types and their properties. * Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Experience with custom and bespoke furniture projects is a plus.
