Shop Floor Manager (with Joinery Experience) – Poole Location: Poole Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a Shop Floor Manager with strong joinery experience to lead a busy production team in Poole. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop * Leading and managing a team of skilled joiners and machinists * Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met * Planning workflow, scheduling, and resource management * Promoting a safe and efficient working environment Requirements: * Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a joinery or manufacturing setting * Strong technical knowledge of joinery processes and products * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
