Security Operator Location Wareham Role Overview We are seeking reliable and professional Security Operators to support the safe and secure operation of a regulated site environment.
This is a monitoring and assurance-focused role responsible for maintaining site awareness, controlling authorised access, and reporting security-related activity in accordance with established procedures.
The position emphasises observation, reporting, and procedural compliance rather than physical intervention.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to remain focused during routine and low-activity periods.
