About the Role
You’ll be working closely with both clients and candidates, helping businesses find the right people whilst building long-term relationships across specialist industries. The role is heavily telephone-based, so confidence communicating with people and building rapport is essential. No two days are the same — from speaking with workshop staff to managers and project directors across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Speaking with candidates daily via phone and video calls
- Advertising vacancies and headhunting specialist talent
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Writing adverts, shortlists and candidate introductions
- Developing knowledge across joinery, construction, marine and defence sectors
