We are currently recruiting experienced Bench Joiners and Cabinet Makers for a range of workshop-based opportunities in Oxford and across the UK. These roles involve producing high-quality bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, cabinetry, and specialist woodwork to exceptional standards.
Successful candidates will have strong woodworking experience, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Opportunities are available within both small specialist workshops and larger manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and furniture to a high standard
- Work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble and finish bespoke products with excellent attention to detail
- Work independently or as part of a workshop team to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Strong understanding of traditional and modern joinery techniques
- Ability to work accurately to fine tolerances
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven approach
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
