Broadreach is currently working with a well-established marine manufacturer to recruit experienced Boat Builders for a contract opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled boatbuilders looking for their next contract within a professional and fast-paced production environment.

The Role
You will support the build and fit-out of high-quality vessels, working across both interior and exterior stages of production. The position requires strong hands-on ability, attention to detail and the confidence to work from technical drawings.
Duties will include:
- Installing deck and sailing hardware
- Fitting bulkheads and structural components
- Interior joinery and furniture fitting
- GRP/fibreglass component installation and finishing
- Installing windows, hatches and deck fittings
- Basic upholstery and finishing work
- Fairing, finishing and supporting quality checks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in boatbuilding or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of timber and composite materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently within a production team
