The Opportunity
Broadreach Recruitment is supporting a specialist engineering business in the appointment of a Lead Engineer. This role sits at the centre of engineering delivery — ensuring that designs can be manufactured efficiently, accurately and on time. You will lead small project teams and act as the key link between customers, design and production.

Essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
- Strong understanding of design for manufacture (DFM)
- Experience delivering engineered products into production
- Ability to lead projects or small teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience in composites manufacturing
- Experience working in:
- Aerospace
- Marine
- Automotive
- Advanced manufacturing environments
