Sales Manager – Marine Hardware & Sailing Technology Location: South East, UK | Hybrid Working Exclusive to Broadreach At Broadreach, we’re working on behalf of a respected British manufacturer of marine hardware and sailing technology. With a legacy of innovation and quality, our client supplies performance equipment to boatbuilders, chandleries, and sailing professionals worldwide. We’re looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager with a genuine passion for sailing to lead business development across the UK and key international markets. The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who understands the sailing community and brings a successful track record in sales – particularly in technical or product-led sectors. You\’ll be based from the client’s HQ with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to trade shows, customer meetings, and international accounts.
