We are hiring Boat Builders on an Exterior and Interior basis to join a world-class yacht-building team in Wroxham. This is not a standard boatbuilding role — you will be involved in the construction of some of the finest bluewater cruising yachts in the world, built to the highest standards for global circumnavigation. Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble high-quality yachts to exacting standards
- Work with timber and/or GRP components
- Interpret technical drawings and build specifications
- Collaborate within a multi-skilled production team to meet build schedules
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, quality control and workmanship
- Adhere to health & safety and yard procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Boat builders at all levels, from junior to highly experienced
- City & Guilds (C&G) or equivalent marine qualifications
- Proven marine industry experience with timber and/or GRP boats
- A strong eye for precision, quality and craftsmanship
- A positive team-focused attitude and pride in your work
