A well-established and expanding manufacturer of high-quality bespoke furniture is looking to recruit an experienced Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker to strengthen their workshop team in Oxford. This position suits a skilled maker who enjoys working on detailed, one-off pieces and takes pride in producing work to an exceptional standard.

You will be joining a professional, design-led environment where craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are genuinely valued.

The Role

* Manufacturing bespoke furniture and joinery to detailed drawings

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop

About You

* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker, or similar role

* Strong technical ability and understanding of woodworking processes

* Confident reading and interpreting technical xiskglj drawings

* High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Experience producing bespoke or high-end furniture is highly beneficial
