- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Taking ownership of your work and contributing to the ongoing quality of production
About You:
- A background in woodworking is essential – ideally with formal training or qualifications in woodwork
- Experience working with solid timber (rather than manufactured boards)
- A meticulous eye for detail and strong hand skills
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on responsibility and pride in producing high-quality work
- A genuine passion for furniture-making and craftsmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
What’s on Offer:
- Full-time, permanent role with a well-established and respected furniture maker
- Friendly and supportive workshop environment
- Opportunities for development and progression within a growing company
- Competitive pay based on experience
