We are a small, family-run business offering incredible food, warm hospitality, and stylish stays in a relaxed setting. Since opening in 2019, we have gained glowing reviews from guests and national press alike.
We need enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking team members to help in all areas of the business: front of house, kitchen, and housekeeping. Full-time, part-time, and flexible hours are available. Couples are encouraged to apply. Accommodation is available for full-time employees. Experience is great but not essential. If you have a great work ethic, a sense of humour, and love working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive pay – Starting at £12.50 per hour plus service charge
- Service charge & tips – 100% of service charge and additional tips are equally shared among all staff. Service charge is automatically added to every bistro bill. In 2025, this equated to approximately £2.70 extra per hour for full-time staff, an additional £5000 per year.
