Broadoak Academy invites applications for a Pastoral Support Lead (Head of Year) to oversee wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and achievement for a year group. The role centers on safeguarding, building positive relationships with students, families and external agencies, and collaborating with academy leaders to ensure high standards of engagement.

The post requires 37 hours per week, permanent contract and a provisional start in November 2026, within CLF’s framework and culture of inclusion.
