We are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic and creative Year 1 Class Teacher to join our friendly, supportive and hardworking team in September. The successful applicant will be a flexible team player, committed to raising standards and meeting the needs of children across the school. This contract is temporary for the first year.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate high expectations in behaviour and attainment and always put children at the heart of their teaching. You will have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum, Values Based Education, Sounds Write, SEND and as a subject leader be able to lead change in the school.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Scheme. CVs will not be accepted for any posts based in schools.
