We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our friendly and professional team. This is a varied, hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is happy to be part of a busy team delivering high-quality tree care services.

The Role

As a Driver / Labourer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Tree Surgeons by helping to keep jobs running efficiently and safely. Duties include:

  • Driving company vehicles to and from work sites
  • Assisting Tree Surgeons with daily operations
  • Loading, unloading, and handling tools and equipment
  • Processing timber and woodchip
  • Keeping vehicles, machinery, and work areas clean and organised
  • Assisting with site set-up and maintaining safe working areas
  • General labouring duties and manual handling
  • Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to drive larger vehicles or tow trailers (desirable but not essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good communication skills and a strong team ethic
  • Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or a similar outdoor environment is an advantage but not essential
