As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our showroom. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a warm, professional experience.
  • Understand customers' requirements, budgets, and design aspirations.
  • Recommend suitable solutions from our range, explaining product features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries to maximise sales opportunities and process orders accurately.
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues and installers to optimise sales and ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.
  • Maintain excellent product and operational knowledge.
  • Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll have strong communication and admin as well as a genuine interest in interiors, design, or home improvement. Alongside this you have:

  • Previous experience in retail, showroom, or consultative sales.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in managing multiple customer enquiries at the same time.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn.

Experience within flooring, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, or other premium home improvement products would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £29k per annum.
  • Comprehensive product and sales training.
  • Opportunity to work with a respected premium British brand.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Career development opportunities.
  • Employee benefits and staff discounts.
