About the role

As our PA to the Executive Resources Director, you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic directorate providing confidential, high‑level administrative support and keeping everything running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll be the first line of communication for a wide network of senior leaders and external partners, helping to nurture strong relationships across the organisation and beyond.

The role involves:

  • Assisting in developing and maintaining good relationships and being the first line of communication for the Executive Resources Director, and the many varied contacts including Directors and Senior Managers of the wider Association and external organisations.
  • Responsibility for organising and providing administrative support to our Group Audit and Risk Committee, Broadland Meridian Board and Funding Task and Finish Group.
  • Maintaining directorate plans and liaising with/supporting Heads of Service within the Resources and Business Services directorate to ensure key deliverables are achieved.
  • Playing an active role in project work within Resource and Business Services directorate and supporting the Executive Resources Director where appropriate.
  • Supporting our customer complaints process as appropriate/necessary by arranging panel meetings and producing detailed information packs.
  • Liaise with colleagues, directorate, residents, Board Members and external organisations in line with policies and procedures.
  • Support the Head of Risk, Assurance and Data Analytics with the Subject Access Request process.
  • To provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant, other PAs and Leadership Group members as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be delivery focused. They will also maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality given the contacts and information they will have access to.

Prior experience as a PA is not essential but desired. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, hold a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as travel may be required throughout Norfolk.
