You’ll be at the heart of our Communications and Resident Engagement Team, delivering our resident engagement plan and driving improvements in how we engage with residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and monitoring resident engagement activities and their impact
- Supporting colleagues to champion resident involvement
- Providing clear performance information on engagement
- Using social media and other channels to connect with residents
- Challenging and driving improvements in engagement, with evidence of impact
About You
You’ll have experience in event or project management, with a track record of successful resident or community engagement. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and a confident communicator—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as travel throughout Norfolk will be part of the role.
