We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician who will provide day maintenance and support for Broadland Housing's hardware and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves:

  • Working with the Senior IT Manager to ensure the business has the appropriate infrastructure in place to meet the strategic objectives of Broadland.
  • Administration of Broadland's Office 365 account including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Assisting the Senior IT Manager with maintaining, designing, and troubleshooting Broadland's infrastructure.
  • Monitoring network utilisation and performance, reporting any issues to the Senior IT Manager.
  • Installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment at new and existing locations.
  • Providing 2nd line IT support services.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the IT Support Assistant for 2nd line IT support.
  • Maintaining and configuring Broadland's unified communications infrastructure.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience providing 2nd line support and at least two years' experience working in networking and telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Hyper V, VoIP, Office 365, LAN/WAN security, and possess strong customer service skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
