IT Support Technician
Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
Agile Hybrid homeworking (office base Norwich).
Salary: £28,785 per annum, progressing to £30,622 per annum, plus Essential Car User Allowance of £4,548.48 per annum.

About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day maintenance and support for Broadland Housing’s hardware and deliver exceptional customer service.
The role involves
- Provide 2nd line IT support services.
- Act as a point of escalation for the 1st line IT support.
- Administration of Broadland’s Office 365 account including Exchange, One Drive, Share Point and Teams.
- Work with the Senior IT Manager to ensure the business has the appropriate infrastructure in place to meet the strategic objectives of Broadland.
- Assist the Senior IT Manager with maintaining, designing and troubleshooting Broadland’s infrastructure.
- Monitoring network and endpoint utilisation and performance, reporting any issues to the Senior IT Manager.
- Installation, configuration, testing and monitoring of network equipment at new and existing locations.
- Maintain and configure Broadland’s unified communications infrastructure.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience providing 2nd line support and at least two years’ experience working in networking and telephony systems.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Hyper‑V, Vo IP, Office 365, LAN/WAN security and strong customer service skills.
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
